We have built a customer database of nearly 4 million households of whom more than 600,000 have ordered products from us in the last 12 months.

Company Overview

The Group is comprised of three divisions; Garden, Gifts and Entertainment.

During 2010 the Group has refocused itself on growing in the Garden and Gifts market, making a number of complementary acquisitions, while divesting some of its Entertainment businesses.

The Group has also adopted a strategy to grow its online sales by putting the Internet at the core of its growth strategies while retaining the loyalty of its traditional mail order customers.

In January 2011, the Group acquired the majority shareholding in Dealtastic Holdings Limited, which gave the Group an online trading deal of the day website and Internet marketing specialists. This demonstrates the Group’s desire to put the Internet at the heart of its business.
